Launching Extraordinary Changes presents the opportunity to write and create a platform for others to share their experiences, reflections and socio-political analysis for the world to see, and most likely critique. To that end, with support from a network of leaders, a new project is underdevelopment, an online publication entitled “Leaders Among Us.” Using the social media site Medium.com, the publication will highlight the ambitions, successes and challenges of everyday people (like you reading this post) who are working to improve the odds for children, youth and families in the United States.

The publication is just a thought presently. It is a clean slate that will take shape and form based upon the diverse experiences of everyday people. No field of study, genre or industry is off limits, and a collective of those interested will define the parameters and standards for what gets posted.
