Values Statement

In the spirit of civil rights organizer Ella Baker, we believe that anyone can achieve extraordinary changes when presented with the opportunity, resources and skills to act.  We work with leaders of diverse backgrounds and experiences to create real improvements in the lives of children, youth and families across the country.
